ABOUT us

A stronger creative future starts with a more connected creative community.

Creative Futures Community is an independent, mission-led Community Interest Company working to make our creative industries more connected, inclusive and easier to navigate.

We bring together creatives, freelancers, businesses, employers, educators, funders and cultural organisations, connecting people with the opportunities, support and relationships they need to thrive.

Because when creative people and creative businesses have what they need to grow, the whole sector becomes stronger.

Big Ideas,
Real Impact.

A creative sector where more people can build a future.

Our ambition is to create an inclusive gateway to the creative industries: somewhere people and businesses can access opportunities, develop skills, find support and build meaningful connections.

In our first year, Creative Futures Community aims to engage 1,500 people, train 750 learners, support 400 people into jobs, apprenticeships or progression opportunities, and help 300 people from underrepresented groups progress.

And our ambitions extend beyond individual outcomes.

We want to strengthen the wider ecosystem around them, helping creative businesses grow, employers access talent and education connect more closely with industry.

Who
We’re For

Creative Futures is for emerging creatives, freelancers, graduates, creative businesses, employers, educators and cultural organisations.

It’s for anyone who wants to build a career in the creative industries or play a part in making the sector stronger, better connected and more inclusive.
